Highlights include the previously unreleased RAHSAAN PATTERSON cut ‘Right Away – co-produced by Rahsaan with Steve ‘Silk’ Hurley - and INCOGNITO’s ‘All I Want Is You’, as well as FULL FLAVA’s take on the Brand New Heavies hit ‘You Are The Universe’, vocalled by the delightful CE CE PENISTON. In all – as with the first Soul Lounge outing - there are 40 fine tracks from such outstanding artists as GEORGE DUKE BRENDA RUSSELL, MAYSA, OMAR, ANGELA JOHNSON, FRANK McCOMB, CHANEL, MARTHA REDBONE, ROSIE GAINES, D-INFLUENCE and HIL ST SOUL. The first two CDs are more down tempo and mid-tempo, while CD 3 begins with some soulful house and other up-tempo grooves.
